Step 1 - Contact & Consult
Upon receiving your enquiry, one of our dedicated patient consultants will promptly get in touch to understand your aesthetic goals, explain the available treatment options, and provide transparent pricing.
For patients in Singapore or Ho Chi Minh City, we can arrange an in-person consultation. For international patients, the initial consultation may be conducted online for your convenience.
Based on the photographs and information you provide, we will liaise with the most appropriate surgeon from our panel to obtain a preliminary assessment and treatment recommendation. This allows us to advise you on the most suitable procedures before you decide whether to proceed.
Once you decide to proceed, a small deposit may be required to secure your preferred surgery date, the surgeon's availability, and the operating facility.

Step 2 - Flying To Vietnam
Day 1 - Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City: Once you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our dedicated chaffeur or partner transport operator will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be transported to the hospital or hotel to rest depending on the timing of your arrival.
Day 1 - 2: At the hospital, you will have a physical consultation with the operating surgeon to finalize your treatment plan. A comprehensive pre-operative check-up will also be conducted to ensure your readiness for surgery.

Step 3 - Surgery
Day 1 - 3: Once your pre-operative test results have been reviewed and you have been medically cleared for surgery, you will proceed with your operation. Depending on the complexity of the procedure (s), you may either return to your hotel after several hours of post-operative observation or remain in the hospital for one to two nights.
Once you have been cleared for discharge, our driver will transport you back to your hotel. Before discharge, our nurse and/or patient facilitator will ensure that you understand your medication schedule, wound-care instructions, recovery guidelines, and follow-up arrangements.

Step 4 - Post-Surgery
Day 2 - 6: Enjoy the rest of your stay at your own pace. Depending on your comfort level, you may choose to relax at your hotel or explore the city. During this period, our patient support team will schedule your post-operative wound care appointments at our clinic and closely monitor your recovery. If necessary, additional follow-up reviews or treatments may be arranged with the hospital or operating surgeon.
Day 5 - 7 Onwards: Before your scheduled return flight, you will attend a final follow-up review with your operating surgeon to ensure that your recovery is progressing well and that you are fit to travel. Our driver will then transfer you to the airport for your journey home.
